International Licensing Program

Cable Car Coffee Company® is now establishing International Licensees in other countries.

Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide the following to the Licensee:

A) The License Rights for an individual country would be purchased by the Liscensee from Cable Car Coffee Company, Inc. which will be based on the number of stores each country can support. When the License Agreement has been signed by all parties, the CEO of Cable Car Coffee Company will travel to the host country to meet with investors, managers, government officials and architects.

B) Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide a Licensed and engineered San Francisco Cable Car, equipped to operate as a San Francisco Cable Car Coffee Shop, with approved Logos, Trade Marks and Displays.

C) Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide an operations manual (Cable Car Operating System) for use by the licensee during the entire term of the License Agreement.

D) The Licensee's manager will be trained in all aspects of the Cable Car Operating System by our executive management team..

E) Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide a complete three week management training program for the licensee's manager in San Francisco which will be supervised by the president of Cable Car Coffee Company Inc.

The Cable Car Operating System manager's training program will include the following on how to own, run and operate your own Cable Car Coffee Shop:
 1) Sales control
 2) Inventory control
 3) Customer service
 4) In store marketing
 5) Computerized accounting procedures
 6) Site selection
 7) Build-out of new stores
 8) Sub-Licensing
 9) Theft control

F) Once the above training has been completed the San Francisco Cable Car will be shipped to the host country where the President of Cable Car Coffee Company will assist in the opening and installation of the first store in the Licensee's country.

G) Cable Car Coffee Company, Inc. will provide a final week of on-site training to Licensees' employees and management in it's first new store to assist in it's success.

H) Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide an ongoing program of research, ideas and products for use in the future which will be provided to the Licensee at no cost.

I) Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. will provide annual evaluation visits and  technology for the duration of the License Agreement.

The License Rights for an individual country would be purchased by the host country from Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. which will be based on the number of stores each country can support.

Cable Car Coffee Company Inc. would receive a monthly Royalty fee based upon 5% of gross sales and a License fee for each new store opened of $25,000.

All travel expenses to be paid by Licensee.
